Founded by Curtis Smith in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Chameleon seeks to assist agents in their new virtual offices. Curtis, who served as Director of Operations on a Keller Williams team prior to founding Chameleon, realized that there are many agents who simply can't afford to hire an assistant full or part-time. Other agents only had a few hours a week worth of tasks that they needed done, and therefore it seemed pointless to hire someone. You don't need to have a huge team to hire a virtual assistant, and that's what we are here for.

Currently, we offer our services to Keller Williams agents only. However, our services are designed to help you leverage tasks, allowing you more time to focus on what you're good at and enjoy that "life worth living."

Founder & Managing Director
Curtis was born and raised in rural Colorado. After completing his B.S. in Organizational Leadership, he found himself in several management, administrative, and human resource roles over the last 10 years. His career first took off in Kansas City, Missouri, where he attended undergrad. After 7 years in KCMO, he needed a change of scenery, and made the move to Seattle, Washington in 2016 where he resides today.
After Moving to Seattle, Curtis met his now-fiancé, Sean, and together with their Australian Shepherd, Tobias, they reside just south of Downtown.
Curtis got his start in real estate after an unexpected layoff in 2019 gave him the time to help out Sean’s team with Keller Williams. Prior to being laid off, he was an Executive Administrative Assistant for a high-end design firm in Seattle, so the role of Director of Operations on Sean’s team was a perfect fit. He is now a member of KW Young Professionals and KW Rainbow Network.
Sean’s team is now thriving in the Seattle area, and Curtis began to realize that his skills with scheduling, marketing, training in technology and managing KW Command was highly-sought-after. The result? Chameleon.
